Last updated: May 2026. This policy describes how Fortuvo OS (“Fortuvo”, “we”) handles information when you use our web application at fortuvo.shop and app.fortuvo.shop.
What we collect
Account email and password (stored hashed). Preferences, habits, goals, standards, day plans, focus sessions, journal entries, and weekly reviews you create in the app. Technical logs from our host (Vercel) and database provider (Neon) may include IP address and request metadata for security and reliability.
How we use it
To operate the service: authenticate you, store your data, and display it back to you. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your journal or review text for advertising.
Where it is stored
Application data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL (EU region preferred). The app runs on Vercel. Both processors act under their respective terms and security practices.
Your choices
You may delete your account from Settings, which removes your data from our database (subject to short backup retention by infrastructure providers). Contact hello@fortuvo.shop for access or deletion requests.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
This document is a working policy for early access. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel before scaling marketing or paid subscriptions.
